Terms & Conditions
Customers using any part of the Discover Candles website ('www.discovercandles.com') are bound by the following Terms and Conditions.
All prices are quoted in Euro and are inclusive of VAT, unless otherwise specified.
Postage and packing prices will be charged in addition to the price of any goods.
Online payment will be provided in a secure environment using Stripe Payments.
Payments must be made in Euro.
Discover Candles retains ownership of the goods until full payment has been made by the customer and the funds have been cleared.
Ireland Delivery Times: 3 - 5 working days.
Any candles/products not available at the time of your order will be sent, as soon as possible when production of the products is complete.
The Customer must inspect the goods within a reasonable time after their receipt and are deemed to have accepted the goods unless the Customer notifies Discover Candles that the goods are rejected within 7 days after their receipt. This does not affect the customer’s statutory rights.
If no such action has been taken, Discover Candles will consider the products as being of satisfactory quality to the customer and fit for their purposes and may not accept any rejections later.
Where goods purchased from this website have been received damaged, a refund/exchange application will only be acknowledged if the goods are returned together with their original packaging within 7 days of receipt to Discover Candles, 60 The Hermitage, Macroom, Co. Cork P12 XP84, Rep of Ireland.
The Customer must send all returns within 7 days of receipt to Discover Candles, 60 The Hermitage, Macroom, Co. Cork P12 XP84, Rep of Ireland.
Where the rejection of the goods is due to a defect or discrepancy in the order, the Customer is entitled to a full refund or replacement.
The card used for the purchase will be credited with the original purchase and delivery costs.
The faulty or damaged product must be returned to Discover Candles, 60 The Hermitage, Macroom, Co. Cork P12 XP84, Rep of Ireland before the refund or replacement can be issued.
When returning items, you are advised to obtain proof of postage. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit while being returned.
Cancellations are only accepted before the order has been dispatched.
If the order has been dispatched prior to the cancellation, the order will be considered valid and the Customer will remain liable for the full payment.

While you are using this site, and during the ordering process, any information and data collected from you will be used solely for the purpose of processing you order and improving our service to you.
We will never sell on or disclose information to any third party whatsoever.

Any person attempting to make fraudulent credit card transactions will be prosecuted with no exception.
